Terms of Use
The Contract Created by These Terms
This document governs the relationship between each Rizzi user and FUNTAP TECH PTE. LTD., referred to here as “FUNTAP,” the “Company,” “we,” or “us.”
In these Terms of Use, “Rizzi” and the “App” cover the service delivered both through device software and through the web.
A person agrees to this contract by accessing or using Rizzi. Anyone unwilling to agree must refrain from accessing and using the App.
Eligibility and Conditions of Access
Only people aged 18 or above may use Rizzi. The App was not created for younger individuals, and we do not knowingly provide it to them.
The intake procedure must be completed by everyone using Rizzi for the first time, including registered users and guests. Full and honest participation is required.
Submitted details must be kept complete, accurate, and current, and each user accepts responsibility for the details they provide. Access may be limited or ended because of information that is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete. Such submissions may create legal liability as well.
All use of Rizzi must conform to the laws and regulations applicable to the user.
Registration, Account Protection, and Removal
3.1 Registration Methods
An account may be registered with a valid email address or by using Apple or Google.
Selecting an Apple or Google sign-in gives us express permission to receive whatever account details that method makes available. Email sign-up requires completion of Rizzi’s registration process and provision of the information it requests.
Users must provide registration information that is complete, current, and correct, and revise it whenever an update is needed.
3.2 Keeping an Account Secure
Credentials used to sign in must remain confidential.
The account holder is responsible for actions occurring under the account and must notify us at once upon discovering access or use that was not authorized.
3.3 Permanent Account Removal
An account can be permanently removed whenever its owner chooses. From the App’s upper-right corner, open My Profile, then choose Settings, continue to Account, and select Delete.
This action is irreversible. Completion permanently erases private data tied to App use, including:
- Created characters
- Character conversation logs
- Memories
- Search history
- Other associated information and activity
Any unused Gems or other virtual items in the account are forfeited upon deletion. Those unused items are not refunded.
Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
The license for Rizzi is limited to personal purposes that are not commercial.
A user may not:
- Misuse Rizzi or produce material through it that is unlawful or harmful
- Ask for, create, or circulate material that sexually abuses or exploits a minor, or depicts anyone under 18 in a sexualized manner
- Violate the privacy, intellectual property, or any other right belonging to another person
- Disrupt, impair, disable, damage, or reduce the quality of the App’s operation
- Reverse engineer or decompile Rizzi, or attempt to discover its source code or the models beneath it
- Employ a bot, scraper, or any other automated technique to reach the App
- Bypass rate restrictions, content controls, or safety protections
AI-Generated Material
Artificial intelligence generates content within Rizzi. What it produces may be wrong, incomplete, biased, unsuitable, or otherwise inappropriate. No AI-generated material represents a view or position of the Company.
AI-generated material must not be regarded as professional advice or used as the basis for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other safety-critical decisions.
Rizzi does not offer crisis intervention. If you or someone else faces a mental-health crisis, immediately reach an appropriate professional or the emergency services serving your location.
Company Materials and the App License
Materials made available through Rizzi—including AI-generated content, other content, data, logos, and trademarks—belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be used beyond the authorization in this document unless we provide prior written agreement.
Provided that these Terms are followed, each user receives a limited license to use Rizzi personally. This permission is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred.
User Submissions
By uploading content, a user confirms ownership of it. The user also represents and warrants that neither its submission nor its use infringes another person’s rights or breaks an applicable law.
Every submission carries a worldwide, royalty-free license in favor of the Company, with a right for us to sublicense it. Under this permission, we can display, modify, use, and store the submission to the extent required to operate and improve Rizzi.
The permission also extends to improvement and training of our AI models, subject to the training opt-out described in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases and Gems
8.1 Purchasing Optional Features
Optional value-added functionality is offered through one-time in-App purchases of virtual gems (“Gems”). Transactions on iOS are handled by Apple In-App Purchase. Transactions on Android are handled by Google Play Billing. Payment processing is subject to the relevant terms issued by Apple or Google.
8.2 Status and Use of Gems
Each Gem represents limited permission to access a specified Rizzi feature. Gems:
- Do not amount to property, electronic money, or currency
- Carry no cash value or monetary worth in the real world
- May not be transferred, converted into cash, or used outside Rizzi
- Cannot be refunded after purchase, except where a refund is mandated by applicable law or the relevant policy of Apple or Google
When an account is terminated or deleted, its unused Gems are forfeited without reimbursement. At any time, we may change Gem pricing, exchange rates, validity periods, redemption requirements, or discontinue the Gem program.
8.3 Asking for a Refund
Refund applications are decided and processed by Apple or Google under the rules of the applicable platform. Our own ability to issue refunds is limited.

SDKs Provided by Other Companies
Rizzi may incorporate software development kits from third parties. Information is handled by each SDK provider under that provider’s privacy policy. We use these tools for data analytics and enhancement of user experience.
Promptly contact us through the information in Section 16 if you suspect or believe an SDK is being used in a way that improperly affects your rights.
Suspension and Termination
Users may close their accounts whenever they wish, either through the deletion feature in Settings or by reaching our support team through Section 16.
The Company may restrict or terminate an account following a violation of these Terms. We may also take either action for any reason at our discretion.
Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Cap
Rizzi is made available “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum degree the law permits, the Company has no liability for consequential, incidental, or indirect damage or loss arising in connection with App use.
Aggregate liability of the Company concerning Rizzi or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (1) the amount the claimant paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event from which the claim arose; or (2) USD 100.
Governing Rules and Resolution of Disputes
These Terms are controlled by United States law together with applicable state law, excluding rules about conflicts of law.
Other than the exceptions stated below, every claim, disagreement, or controversy connected to this contract must be resolved by final arbitration run by the American Arbitration Association under the rules that apply. This requirement covers issues concerning the contract’s formation, validity, interpretation, performance, violation, or ending.
Proceedings will be conducted in English, before one arbitrator, at a location in the United States.
A party may seek an injunction or another equitable remedy from any court having jurisdiction when necessary to protect intellectual-property rights or stop unauthorized use, infringement, or disclosure of intellectual property.
This section does not take away consumer safeguards that cannot be waived in the consumer’s place of residence, including the ability to bring an eligible matter in small-claims court.
To the extent permitted by governing law, both the user and Company may pursue a dispute only on an individual basis. Neither may commence or join any proceeding brought as a class, collective, or representative action.
Copyright Reports Under the DMCA
Third-party intellectual-property rights must be respected by us and by every Rizzi user. We promptly address notices of alleged copyright infringement that satisfy the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
A copyright owner who believes that material available through Rizzi infringes their work should deliver a notice containing the information the DMCA requires. Section 16 provides the submission information.
Response Timeline
- Email notice: acknowledgment within 5 business days
- Postal notice: acknowledgment within 10 business days
- Investigation outcome: within 15 business days of acceptance confirmation
- Dispute window: 30 calendar days after determination
If no objection reaches us within that period, the determination and investigation will be treated as final and the case will close.
Distribution Through Apple and Google
For a copy of Rizzi downloaded from the Apple App Store, this contract exists between the user and Company rather than between the user and Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or anything in it. However, Apple is a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce this contract against the user.
Use of a copy obtained from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Changes to This Contract
We may modify these Terms from time to time. A material modification will be reflected in the “Most Recent Revision” date above and, where appropriate, announced inside Rizzi or by email.
Continuing to use the App once a modification is effective constitutes agreement to it.
